They wanted to make a cold tea, a cold malotira drink with the addition of pomegranate juice and honey. and thus the student-entrepreneurs had the opportunity to participate in the competition with a complete product with which they even managed to win a prize. The distinction in the competition as well as the positive reactions of those who tried the product encouraged the students to make another flavor. This is how the second product ICE CRE TEA has emerged, a cold brew with concentrated grape and apple juice.

The idea of ​​ICE CRE TEA was conceived in a school classroom, the product acquired its current form with the support of AFOI Antonaki E.P.E. Now the ICE CRE TEA products are produced by AFOI ANTONAKI E.P.E. a company which daily strives to highlight the wealth of the Cretan land and to promote its products in Greece and abroad, always relying on quality and innovation. AFOI Antonaki EPE embraced the students’ idea and highlighted it. In the framework of the excellent cooperation that exists with EPA.L Vryson, the company has pledged to allocate part of the profits from the ICE CRE TEA products to the school to cover logistical needs and to always have an open channel of cooperation to strengthen teaching with practical examples and didactic visits to the facilities as well as internships (apprenticeships) of graduates.

This innovative collaboration project of a company with a Vocational High School is also supported by another company that for years through its activity strengthens the local economy.
